6:30pm-7:30pm – Internal Controls 101
Storytelling for Fundraising & Collaboration – People want to be a part of exciting, meaningful, impactful things! Are you talking about your mission in a way that’s invitational, or are you downplaying the impact of your work or scaring people away by focusing on the wrong things? Storytelling is vital – it can help us raise funds, raise friends, and build collaboration to support our work. Join us for this interactive session where you will leave with polished stories that invite friends, prospects, potential collaborators, and your community to join the work you’re doing. This session is great for both board and staff.
Internal Controls 101 – Come learn the basics of internal controls for small businesses and nonprofits and leave with a toolkit to help you immediately implement some policies and procedures to strengthen your risk management efforts.
Sponsored by Opportunity Bank of Montana and the O’Fallon Historical Society
